Idk at beging all I did first time was what it said then it worked after I've had a hella time sense. If not showing then hold that button down 5secs and it'll go back on give it like a min and open something go to print and click were says ur printers name on top click and see if ones dark gray if is click it. Try unplugging from wall for a min or so if anything it u gotta make sure the screen shows the wifi and a little cellphone or won't work. If nothing try holding that button for 5secs while it's on and it'll reconnect to ur wifi again. Turn printer off and hold stop and that chain image next to the wifi hold that together for 10secs and turn it on while holding the buttons then try printing again when u let go after couple secs. Or ur suppose to have phone location on u **bleep** ur wifi off and u'll see ur printer show up on the wifi list connect to it an try printing if still nothing then disconnect and then connect back to ur wifi and try printing if nothing still. Otherwise print the status papers off it'll have an i.p address and enter it and that'll make it print rate away. But click on like document and try from there printing. But at first I could connect no problem and Incase it might work for someone else what I did was go to the cannon app open it and view the 2 pages, then get out go to the cannon print app and in left corner top is a printer with a plus click that and go threw them steps otherwise on the bottom middle it should say ur model and a little picture. I think it's absolutely just hysterical how they say very easy setup and going on hours later still issue.
